Nov 8th, 2024Soave made for Aging. The others of this winemaker should be able to age as well. But this one in particular. Concentrated flavours, with nutty almonds and their bitters. Apple, perhaps even some mango. Acids are there to make the aging, but they are not in the way. Would expect to open this with a big smile in 5 more years.
