Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc
Dark Ruby with aromas of ripe berry fruits, herbs and earthy spice, On the palate flavors of blackberry, plum and black currant flavors with espresso, vanilla and earthy leather notes. Good balance, lively acidity, fine ripe tannins medium+ ending with fruit, toasty cedar and herb pepper spice! Needs a little time!

May 29th, 2021This gold-green wine smells slightly of herbal notes, but the nose carries loads of peaches, apples and lemons. The palate shows the same fruit flavors, scant herbs and a very nice acidity. Citrus lingers on the finish and leaves a clean memory.

Aug 29th, 2018Still one of my favorite Napa Valley Sauvignon Blancs. And for the money you can't beat it.

There is a whiff of minerals, but it's downplayed to favor the ripe, fruity nose. On the palate, expect to find plenty of melon and tropical fruit abetted by a stronger play for the citrus zest and minerals. It drinks with a full mouthfeel, yet as clean as can be. It’s rich, without leaning on oak, aged in French oak barrels for only five months with the lees stirred every now and then to create that rich and creamy mouthfeel.

Jul 6th, 2014Sharp lemon accents, hints of almost New Zealand like grassiness. Can't wait to pair with 3 bean mint salad. Ps: sophisticates up with salmon blinis-- lovely golden honey warm citrus grass tones
