Light color, light bodied, but incredible flavor! A pale blush color, good legs and an incredibly balanced nose, with bright florals, stone fruits and undercurrent of something deep and compelling that I couldn’t put my finger on. It’s earthy and unique, like olive juice or mushroom soup? Something special. The flavor is much the same, tart at the start, with floral, nectar like notes, with white peach, plums, and a beautiful vegetal finish, like hay or fresh, dried cut grass. Really a fantastic and unique rose!
