Very elegant orange wine from a blend of Malvasia, Ortrugo, Sauvignon Blanc and Moscato. 10-15 days of skin contact in stainless steel. I also used some to cook spaghetti alle vongole, but the subtle acidity wasn’t the best for cooking. Drink it instead!

Love it! some skin contact give a darker colored. ody that brims with flavors and yet is well balanced.

Delicate orange wine with hints of apricot and apple. Fruity start, dry finish.

Orange wine, very rich mouth feel with hints of honey and vanilla. Sweet at first but drier finish thanks to the tannins.

That color! Full-ish, almost syrupy. Way overripened apples, amaretto, hint of cherry pit, mulled spices
