Syrah not Chard. Delicious but needs time.

This has been a fantastic ride over three days. Day 3 nose is like dark chocolate covered black cherries with a hint of baking spices (cinnamon). The pallet is not much different, but add in a tart blackberry with sticking acidity (my mouth is salivating hard) and lush tannins. It’s tasty and I’d love more. I’m also really curious how it would taste in another 3 years (I know they can age well).
