This baby opens with pineapple and a touch of star fruit on the nose, then transforms on the palate with more tropical fruit, the characteristic lemon, and a hint of fresh mediterranean herbs. The salty minerality representative of this coastal area comes through, and the wine has bracing acidity that is made for the local food.
