Rather firm & with more acidic cut than usual in Lambrusco, & so even more a declaration for food.

This is a food lambrusco. Funky, floral, and rather like pickled vegetables. Delicious.

Spicy, dry, gamey, delicious!

You need a lot of salumi and cheese with this guy! Dry finish, game and spice on the pallet. Very spicy actually. Smells like a fruit pop though. *dank sauce*

Fizzy, dry, hint of funk, cries out for salumi.

Sometimes when I want a soda I reach for a Lambrusco. And when I’m eating pizza for dinner, I always want Lambrusco.

Lambrusco Fest @ Kensington Quarters

Fun Lambrusco with light bubbles and effervescent. Nice structure and plum and blackberry jam notes. Had with some amazing pizza.

Super dirty nose. Manure, forest floor, whatever you like. Once that blows off, it's fresh and fruity and very dry.
