One great thing about selling wine throughout the States is I've started to fill empty slots in my sample bag and check a bag filled with local craft beers back to Santa Maria. This is an OKC beer which I am thoroughly enjoying. I think the bittering hops are a bit out of whack tho, and for an amber geek like me, I'd prefer less dry hopping evident in nose and palate. There's deliciousness underneath, I just have to do my Jedi mind trick that Tim Vandergrift taught me---see THROUGH the hops.
