Why the hell would anyone put bell peppers in a description? For me, that's one of the most undesirable characteristics short of being corked. Fortunately, that wasn't an aroma or flavor I got. I'd describe this as forgettable. Meh.

Classic bordeaux earthiness with a hint of ripe red fruits on the nose. Tannins are potent and needs some air time. Food friendly for certain (grilled, herbed rubbed chicken).
