Fantastic bubbly! Beautiful creamy texture. Apple and flint flavors galore! Quite refreshing. Easy to drink! This one goes down easy and will please a wider range of sparkling drinkers. Excellent QPR! Revisited this one a few months later. Even better! A real crowd pleaser

Jun 20th, 2019delicious green apple, ripe pear, toasted candied walnut, fresh cut grass, forest aroma on the nose. med body,med p acid, bubbles are ok, touch of mineral and bitterness on the end, med finish with hint of mushroom. easy chugling franciacorta with dryness on the end. I'll drink with just by the glass or some speck and prosciutto.
