Big day tasting in Constantia so minimal notes; pale lemon; medium intensity aromas of yellow plum, yellow apple, apricot, vanilla, toast; dry, medium acid, medium alcohol, medium plus body, medium plus intensity flavors consistent with aromas, but a bit more tart tasting; medium finish, tartness of the fruit balanced the creamy oak notes very well; very good
