San Francisco seafood restaurant and I ordered this with clams and mussels. Odd, maybe. But it worked beautifully all the way through dessert. Buying some bottles for home.

Very light in colour, I almost thought it was cooked. Pretty acidic with a lot of spice, but I feel lacks a little depth.
