On the nose I'm getting blackberry, BBQ potato chips, smoked meat, dark cherry candy. Body is nicely balanced/smooth, med+ body. Very nice wine.

Really like the mouth feel. Not a whole lot of complexity, but the black slate really shines through.

6/24/16, at apt watching movie. Plum nose, well balanced but the complexity and fruit just isn't there. Forgettable finish.

At 14.5% some hotness is to be expected, but not such "softness". Light, an easy drinker. Awesome price-quality ratio
