Выпито 14.04.21 с Бразовским и коллегами из РОТЕКа в ресторане Л’Анголо. . Очень интересный чилийский шираз 2016 года. Не слишком тяжёлый, округлый, ароматный. Понравилось.

Wonderfull nose with coffee and chocolate. Black pepper. Paired perfectly with a steak with pepper sauce.

Dry and fully bodied, excellent companion for a variety of dishes. Had it at Intimo, a cool place to try new fusion cousine.
