The palate is; sweet lemon custard, big sweet green apple, pineapple juice, lime, very understated minerals, soft acidity, rich body and polished finish. Easy to drink. Especially, on a hot summer day.

Essa combinação de Pinot Noir e Chardonnay é bastante interessante, e elegante. Borbulhas intensas com aromas de abacaxi, frutas secas e pão tostados. Vai bem com ceviche e peixe frito.

Light, fruity and crisp Prosecco. I usually prefer a drier Prosecco, but this was very drinkable. If it was any sweeter I probably wouldn't be a fan.

92% Chardonnay, 8% Pinot Noir. Creamy and silky with notes of almond and lemon.

Espumante gostoso. Aromas de pão tostado e amêndoas secas. Ideal para esses dia de calor intenso.

Ok bubbly. Aggressive bubbles and acidity. Loose perlage. Warm mouthfeel. Subdued grapefruit/melon profile. Idk if I'm down with Chilean sparklers yet.
