Smells of apricots and a bit of funkiness. Dry, light bodied, low tannins, and fairly flavorful with a subtle hint of spice.

After a good hour, this wine finally opened up. And I finally got some of the aromas y'all were talking about. And yes I got the rubber smell.
Bottom line; for 8 bucks this is a good Pinot, but you must decant it and let it hang for awhile before drinking.

A juicy wine of medium body, gushing on the palate with ripe dark cherries, raspberries, and ripe pomegranates, smoothing out to early season Italian plums and ripe, red bell peppers. Slight peppery and dulce de leche notes come out at the back end, ending with medium length and on notes of meat and sautéed portobello mushrooms. Interesting wine from Chilé and for $12.

Jul 8th, 2016Not impressed at all. Had high hopes for the organic wine. High acid, very harsh. Had to let it breath for 24 hours just to make it drinkable. Unpleasant at best.
