This 23 Year old is drinking very nicely now with a nice mouthfeel and good structure.
Needs a couple of hours to open up properly and show the tannins.
Nicely balanced with nice complexity. A great sipping wine.
I paired it with a cheese plate and crackers.

Everything that an awesome tempranillo should be. Medium to full bodied. Plenty of oak, earthy, vanilla and mentol. Smooth tannin. Very impressed!
