Ruby in color with a reddish rim.
Soft nose of cherries, blackberries, spices, oak, cloves, green vegetables, chocolates, currants, wood, vanilla, herbs and black pepper.
Medium bodied with medium plus acidity and nice legs.
Dry on the palate with cherries, strawberries, cranberries, vegetables, herbs, spices, peppercorn, smoke, chocolates and tobacco.
Medium finish with firm tannins and black pepper.
A nice Cabernet from Chile. Simple and not completely balanced. Might be better in a couple of years.
Better with food but drinkable by itself. Needs an hour to open up properly.
I paired it with Chilean BBQ Flank steak and veggies.
14.5% alcohol by volume.

I got this bottle from a Chilean friend and promised to share it with my son before he departs to England. It has typical Cabernet berries on the nose and palate. It is very smooth and lingers in the mouth - a great wine! Thanks, Luis!

Always consistent, rich, dark and Ruby. Can taste flavors of over-ripe cherry, tobacco, smoked oak, blueberry jam, oregano. Velvety
