This is real rose, it is what Provence rose should be!!!! It is apples, berries and a bit of bitterness in a good way for the finish. It is sophisticated Ros’e. It may not be for everyone’s palate if you want something that is simple and sweet, it’s dry and sophisticated.

A very good Rosé- dry with just a touch of sweetness, slight alcohol bite but not at all objectionable. Pear flavors.
