Paler than the other Burlotto wines tried over the same weekend. Prettier, more floral too. Didn’t pick up the white pepper that this grape can impart. Nice drop

Jan 24th, 2021Lovely pale red, translucent colour. Delicate and light/delicate wine (despite 14.5% ABV) best served on chilled side. Got the Burlotto texture but not the stuffing of the Barolos.

First time trying this varietal and it is really tasty wine. Pale red. Very floral. Strawberries. Finish is herbaceous.
