Horse Heaven Hills Cabernet Franc

Deep Ruby with aromas of red and black fruits, herbs and spice. On the palate flavors of blackberry and black cherry with leafy herbs, oak and black pepper. Fine fresh tannins, medium+ finish ending with fruit, smoky oak and herb spice.

Spice and dried apricot on the nose. Maybe a little clove and tobacco. Nice earthy flavours, medium tannins. Opens up and softens as it airs out.

Bought this at the tasting room in Woodenville, WA in September. Enjoyed it very much this weekend. Wishing I had bought more. Our Total Wine carries Columbia Winery but not this limited edition. :(

Worth the wait from our trip to the Pacific NW. Lots of cedar notes.

Easy to drink table wine

Lovely cab franc that's good for sipping. Enjoyed it more with my dinner as it brought out more fullness.

This was a good wine that with aeration delivered a softer start and bigger finish. Tanic but with decanting or aerating very nice.

Lighter in color, but full of flavor. Slight spiciness and mild tannins on finish.

We have not yet tried Red Blend
