Grand Estates Columbia Valley Merlot

Nose of blackberry, cherry, strong coffee, & a slight hint of chocolate. The taste has the fruit but a strong coffee flavor, especially on the back end. It may be an okay wine, but the coffee flavor is too overwhelming and prevents it from pairing well with many foods.

A great jammy tasting Merlot for $10....can't go wrong.

For only EIGHT dollars? This is awesome.

2012 was a great year for Washington Wines

Very fruit and cedar forward. The acidity was balanced, and it finishes smooth. I desired a little astringency, but it's more than drinkable.

Very cherry on the nose and depth with little sweetness, great acid and full body.

Smooth with stronger bite.

Received this wine as a gift and enjoyed how it easy it was to drink. I will defiantly drink this again.
