Last ‘07 bottle, aged well. Made with organically cultivated Sangiovese, aromas of resin, dried fruit and seeet syrup. On the palate, seeet honey and nuts with nectarine and ripe apricot. Long finish ending with nutty raw sugar character. Nice.

Nose is slightly sharp and very potent with strong Molassas and currants. Palate is initially brightly sweet with fruit, honey, and currants, but it is a fantastic multi-staged ride, moving from fruit to molassas, dark honey, dried currants, and sweet grain. The finish lingers for ages. Beautiful and balanced, and radically different from most ports and other dessert wines. An absolute gem that should always be a first pick when you encounter it.

Exotic, creme brûlée and spice nose. Some heat - light raisin and city's finish.

My first Vin Santo and all I can say is WOW! I'm a fan! Sweet, but not too much. Heavier consistency with notes of sweet nuts and fruits.

Honey and nuts with lovely acidity and floral notes . This is giving Sauternes a competition.

In heaven. Sweet with dried grapes and honey note on palate. Slightly strong aroma. More complexity than ice-wine. Great dessert wine.
