Good, light body. Not very complex. Light tannin, low alcohol. Easy drinking.

From the high quality coop Colterenzio and their Classic line, a solid Pinot Noir. Clear pale ruby; medium intensity plum, cherry, and mixed berries with a hint of smoke and fine herbal twist; showing medium acidity, body and slightly chewy tannins on the lingering cherry finish. A pretty wine I’d open any evening (just 11.30€ purchased at the winery). Vinified in concrete tanks and foudres.

Good, clean and typical for the region. Finish is a bit short, but great QPR

This review is for the 2016 vintage. (Wish I could go back and edit the vintage.) Straightforward, but pleasant and varietally correct.
