My ultimate Alto Adige white is J. Hoffstäter — and perhaps I’m wrong in comparing a Suditrol DOC — but this falls a bit short for my palate. Decent green apple and pleasant freshness on the tongue, light bodied and decent with food. Probably wouldn’t buy again but enjoyable.
