I’m lovin’ the barnyard stank on the nose. Medium plus acidity, moderate tannins, black pepper, long dry finish. Diggin it. Nice change up from Chianti etc.

Let me down a little bit. Not very fruit forward, vegetal in a way with a lot of spice - mostly pepper. Was hard to stack up with the other wines in this lineup - maybe better with food to balance it out.

Very drinkable. Not too acidic. Smooth, shorter finish. Even the non sangiovese fans liked it.
