This Collard-Picard has come a long way in a couple years. It arrived funky and unsettled. Today it has evolved into one of those rosé Champagnes that would stand up to a rich meal of duck or even our beloved "steak and claret night" meal. Dark, ripe blackberry fruit, a touch of spice, and a long finish make this rosé worth waiting on.
