Shining Hill Red Mountain Red Blend

This is the least expensive wine Col Solare makes, about fiddy. It still fucks. Btw I’m drinking and scrolling and about to check in a LOT of wine sitting in my account I forgot about with extremely suspect notes based purely on drunken memory. 🎉

Well-balanced, nice. 70% cab sauv, 19% cab franc, 11% syrah

Aromas of strawberry, cherry, and hints of raspberries. Rich body with some tobacco notes. Tasting room only I’m told. Long finish stays a while.

Deep cherry and current with wisps of tobacco and vanilla. Smooth and velvety.
