...Sampling Italy and Spain tonight! I read somewhere that the Method of making Cava is pretty close to that of the method of Champagne! It has been several years since I have had this little sparkler! Pretty in Pink! Decent overall and $13..great for a value bubbly!

Why didn't they tell me the bottle was Pink from head to toe before I bought it! There is something nice though about Rosé Cava made from Pinot.
