Still youthful, but ready to be enjoyed. Gorgeous bottle of vintage port here.

Burnt sugar, potpourri, candied flowers, and fig jam. A glass set aside for an hour revealed more cracked pepper and spice.

I do love cockburns vintage ports. Excellent effort with loads of blue and black fruit, unfiltered and well, quite similar to the style of the Graham's, only a tad more reserved and youthful.

Paired it with a black cherry soufflé...excellent-

Anniversary year anniversary wine

Fig, currant, hazelnut nose. Soft Licorice and soft tannins. Dry plum and raisin flavor. Very drinkable right now. Awesome port.
