10 y old tawny | I am not a big fan of tawny port, but this Cockburn’s has a lovely and multi-layered taste with nuts, figs, plums, raisins and caramel. Paired it with Stilton cheese and stewed pear.

Quite enjoyable wine this with the average age of the wine comprising of years. Some fruit remaining in that of burnt fig, raisin but shines through with roasted nuts, brown sugar and salted caramal. Medium sweet and supported well by its acid profile and lovely intergrated spirit.
