Evolving really well. Still on a plateau. Very tropical with passion fruit, and hints of fresh garden tomato. Wonderful expression with slightly muted acidity. Drink up.

Superb for the pure decadence of fruit, while maintaining a playful, focused presence. Bright acidity with moderate fermentation notes. Elevated citrus notes of lemon peel complete an excellent presentation. Drink now.

We loved this. Exotic nose of pineapple, guava and kiwi fruit. Lovely presentation on the palate. Consistent with the nose, the palate comes across as dry and tense. Bright acidity, citrus notes of meyer lemons, with an extended, saline finish. We are grateful that we have more of this.
Our tiler is great. Finished the powder room today... grouting will finish the job tomorrow.

My brother-in-law is our bitch tonight!
Turkey curry in flight. We kicked off the evening with a great SB from New Zealand 🇳🇿
Stunning visual presentation. Nose is dominated by grapefruit and limes. Palate displays consistency with the nose, along with some nice, chalky minerality. It’s matured in oak, but the wood treatment is almost imperceptible, given that the percentage of new oak used doesn’t hit double-digits. Lovely citrus and stone fruits on the mid-palate. Unusual for a SB from Cloudy, it displays a roundness, with restrained acidity. I’m thinking this is due to its age. I have half a case of these, and I’m not going to cellar them for too long. This is at its apex now. Need to see more of this on the Delectable feed.
