Beautifully concentrated CDP. Elegant floral nose with ripe plum, black cherry and blueberries throughout the palate. Soft tannins make this a very enjoyable experience.

Wanning Christmas Eve offering with standing prime rib roast. Underwhelmed for the price ($49.99 at Total Wine in Bloomington), but held up well to the meat. Wasn't as earthy on the nose and front pallet as I hoped with a nice ChduP. Decanted for two hours prior to consumption. Had some strong elements, but overall disappointing for a special dinner wine.
