A great example of Loire Cabernet France. Well balanced with excellent acidity throughout a three hour dinner at Komi in DC. Paired well with Mediterranean flavors (tzatziki, dill, yogurt, fennel). Opened up in 15 minutes. Cherry notes developed later.
