This, right here, is why I love wine! Arnaud Tronche opens the bottle, and after 14 years it smells exactly as it should. I'm nearly in tears. Strike that, I am in tears. What a presentation of place. Vibrance. Structure. I'm truly grateful having been given the privilege to "steal" this wine!

Typical pure, purple fruit belying its age but much brettier than any previous bottle I've had. I don't mind brett, so I still enjoyed it, but I prefer clean bottles.
