This is a delicate and elegant Chardonnay typical of Carneros. Lightly buttery, soft acidity, restrained fruitiness. It was delightful with fresh caught Florida pompano.

This was a fantastic Chardonnay. I'm not usually a big fan of Chardonnays, but I tasted this at a wine tasting & bought a bottle. I've been wishing I had more since I finished it. Fantastic!
