Jan 3rd, 20202000 vintage. Youthful, quite a beautiful surprise. Not a spectacular vintage. This shows well. Brambly and bright. Color still deep with some rust at the edge. Fun!

Probably should have gotten around to this a few years ago. Still good but I don't need to try it again. Then again maybe it was an off bottle. If not, this is not worth the cost.

Unexpected find on a wine list for about half of retail. Slight fungal scent immediately on opening, but that dissipated after a few minutes in the glass. Perfectly balanced.
