Manon Coteaux du Languedoc Pic St. Loup White Blend

I made a chicken Provençal and I wanted a wine from the French Med, too. Although I’ve had this wine many times, I almost forgot about it. Fresh lemon curd and baked yellow apple with wonderful mouth feel and balanced acidity. Only 12.5% abc from this sun-drenched region.

Got this as a fun blinder... My initial conclusion was all over the place! Great wine but!

Lemon curd, roasted yellow apples, red plum, hazelnuts and honey. White floral comes on the palate along with subtle vanilla bean. Mature. Incredible texture.
