
I made a chicken Provençal and I wanted a wine from the French Med, too. Although I’ve had this wine many times, I almost forgot about it. Fresh lemon curd and baked yellow apple with wonderful mouth feel and balanced acidity. Only 12.5% abc from this sun-drenched region.

Lemon curd, roasted yellow apples, red plum, hazelnuts and honey. White floral comes on the palate along with subtle vanilla bean. Mature. Incredible texture.
