An interesting take on dessert wine, but note quite my favorite. Seemed as though the wine was slightly tired or perhaps we just drank it far too early. Honey, flowers, sweet stone fruit.

Honey on the nose with subtle sweetness in the finish balanced by killer acid. May just be me but I enjoy sipping this on its own and not just as a dessert wine,

Killer dessert wine but really not that sweet. Acid to back it up. Tastes like canned apricots.

Dried apricots, passion fruit, pineapple, exotic fruits with honey. Despite all this it has a balanced, prickly, pineapple-esque acidity, vivid and refreshing with notes of apple skin and crisp minerality. Great dessert wine.

Not had this before, interesting grape is the Petit Manseng, this is only medium sweet and works perfectly with bakewell tart dessert. Honeyed, gingerbread, stone fruit flavours that are developing nicely.
