An interesting take on dessert wine, but note quite my favorite. Seemed as though the wine was slightly tired or perhaps we just drank it far too early. Honey, flowers, sweet stone fruit.

Oct 25th, 2016Dried apricots, passion fruit, pineapple, exotic fruits with honey. Despite all this it has a balanced, prickly, pineapple-esque acidity, vivid and refreshing with notes of apple skin and crisp minerality. Great dessert wine.

May 31st, 2016Not had this before, interesting grape is the Petit Manseng, this is only medium sweet and works perfectly with bakewell tart dessert. Honeyed, gingerbread, stone fruit flavours that are developing nicely.
