Got a bit of a facelift! New management, farming and winemaking practices at CdVal. Golden color with stone fruit aromas and oaky notes. On the palate apple and pear flavors with heavy oak notes with underlying spice. Medium finish ending with oak and baking spices. A bit heavy, drink not if you are looking for a big bold Napa Chard.
