How I imagine peasant wine tasted in France 100 years ago; simple, a little cloudy and unstable and absolutely delicious - 2017

Straight-forward and quaffable. Rough around the edges, a bit bitter and stemmy on the back straight out of the bottle. Definitely needs some time to breathe. Irons out into a smooth, smoky vibe.

Solid core of fruit and pepper. Light and charming. Good floral notes on finish. Yum.

For our 1st bbq of the season, pairing with grilled pork chops, toasted sweet potatoes and Greek salad. Picked this rosé due to its red berry fruit, fresh acidity and stony minerality which balances the food.
