What a delightfully unpretentious ‘Vin de France’ (that French for Vine of France by the way). This is the kind of wine that can be citrusy without being astringent, soft yet lively. Would be perfect with cold mussels, a picnic blanket and corridors of comte

wow! downright tropical. crushed guava and lychee on limestone, with something floral in the background. super fragrant. mouthwatering acidity, pineapple and straight up salty seawater. kinda weird drinking this when it’s 35 degrees out but 🤷♀️ not sure how this would pair food-wise...
