All dusky cherries with a sappy, popping plump fruit character. Bright background of acidity. Probably the best and the last bottle I had.

Seems both too ripe in color and aroma. Purple/blue color. Aromas seem more like new world Pinot, Morello cherry and spicy/fleshy skin aromas. Reasonable texture but I don't think this will improve.

Lean, crisp and refreshing. Acid driven. Under developed red fruits; young strawberry w/ the stem, raspberry, wild cherry. Lacking depth and finish. Easy drinking table quaffer.

Young but green pepper ... Stems and underbrush despite a light mouthfeel

Lean and sappy; red cherry aromas. A note of peppery/spice comes on be palate (stem inclusion?). Focused and firm but not aggressive tannin. This can take more time in bottle.

An amazing Burgundy value from Garagiste for $25 - wish I had bought a case, not two bottles.

Seems rather closed in both aroma and palate. Improved and opened up after an hour or two. Dinner at #25 and went well with pork dish. Notes of dark red fruits and firm texture. Perhaps in sleepy stage. Thought to contrast with Hope Well. On day three in Eto the nose opened up! Texture still good. Raise by one to 8.9.

Youthful, sappy red fruits with a touch of spice. Needs more time for secondary flavors to develop.

This was a pretty tasty bottle of Burg. Worked exceptionally well with porchetta--acid cutting through the fat, with beautiful spice and fruit. Needed a little time to breathe.
