Jul 16th, 2016Seems both too ripe in color and aroma. Purple/blue color. Aromas seem more like new world Pinot, Morello cherry and spicy/fleshy skin aromas. Reasonable texture but I don't think this will improve.

Lean, crisp and refreshing. Acid driven. Under developed red fruits; young strawberry w/ the stem, raspberry, wild cherry. Lacking depth and finish. Easy drinking table quaffer.

Perhaps in sleepy stage. Thought to contrast with Hope Well. On day three in Eto the nose opened up! Texture still good. Raise by one to 8.9.
