Nose: cassis, black fruit, bit of orange, less fruity and more on the garrigue/herbal side, a bit of plums and figs but not too much.
Palate: medium-body, more astringency, more herbal, combination of red and black fruit, more astringency then previous example.
(4th September 2016 – Clos du Gravillas – wine tasting in wine tour)
