20% aged in oak (Roussanne), with Grenache Blanc, Clairette, Bourbolenc. Pear, white peach, spread by flowers, some mealy, wheaty notes. Very lightly creamy. Dry, light phenolics, quite vibrant acidity, closed on the finish. Very saliney, mineral. Quite clean and not too heady.

Golden color, aromas of green apple, and lime. An earthy, oaky start, followed by hints of butter. If served chilled, must be brought to room temp to truly enjoy all its attributes.
