A very composed wine for this hot southern region. Ripe red berries vie with a stream full of minerally stones in the nose. Soft, concentrated, and with great balance. Very nice acids and minerality. Very good flexible. Nice job.

Mar 15th, 2017If Carignan (65%) is not to your liking I'd pass on this. But, should you be looking for a terrific example of what the Languedoc can produce you are on solid ground; match it up with a hearty meat dish. A sixteen hour slow cooked pork butt was perfect.

Dec 12th, 2016Animalic. Pepper. Thick mouthfeel. Tastes delicious with Biryani and barbecue ribs. Definitely supporting role and not the main star. Nice acid.
