Light light off yellow color . Fresh nose of stone fruit, quince, floral. Medium acid that fades to show flavors of lime rind, yellow apple, nutmeg, yellow and green pear. A slight gooseberry note. Ever so slightly off-dry with medium length. Fruit flavors so bright I might mistake for a Loire SB if not for the yellow fruit notes.
