Cline Cellars
Sonoma County Syrah
Nice blue fruit, brisk even at 14%, wood weights it down unnecessarily.

Mar 2nd, 2016Tasted with the Gnome Knows and McManis Syrahs. The Cline was the least favorite, howerver, it was still a good example of a Syrah with everything you want in this varietal with deep color, huge pepper on the nose, big fruit that is slightly over shadowed by the pepper and spice. I'd feel good serving this to anyone. A solid value at $9.99.
