Apple blossom, red apple skin, underripe blackberry, stone fruit, orange pith, flint, and chalk. Loads of acid and all around structure. Undergoes malolactic and ages in neutral oak. Has all the right stuff for further cellaring. Hard to find. Far more complex than many of the tasting notes give it credit for.

Absolutely delicious. Bright fruit - ripe cherry, earth, oak, medium acidity. Enjoyed over 2 days. Second day enjoyed with New York strip, cauliflower risotto, and salad. I died!

Delicious little rosé for the end of summer. Med body with lots of red fruit leaping out the glass. Medium acid but a delicious glass, went nicely with spicy brined chicken off the grill.

Mon dieu! Mondeuse! A native of Savoie, in Cali fashion. A strong man who's been doing some zen mediatation. Stone bones, red fruit, and a tart worldview.
