Disgorged July 2019. 40% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir, 20% Meunier, 10% “Vin Rouge”. Opulent & elegant. Layers of stone fruit & pear with crisp acid & fresh floral aromatics. My first crack at Clement Perseval’s Champagne, but have had some his family’s bottles. Excited about this one.
